Kristen K. Waggoner
As a partner at ELM, Kristen's practice focuses on civil and appellate litigation, employment, family and constitutional law. Much of her practice involves representation of private schools and colleges, churches and other non-profit organizations as well as individuals needing assistance in resolving family disputes. Kristen was named a "Rising Star" from 2005-09 by Washington Law & Politics. She frequently speaks at seminars and events on legal and cultural issues.
Prior to joining ELM, Kristen clerked for Justice Richard B. Sanders of the Washington Supreme Court. She is an adjunct faculty member of Northwest University.
