Chad Allred
Chad loves to handle trials and appeals in federal and state court.
His broad litigation experience includes claims for securities fraud, racketeering, misappropriation of trade secrets, business interference, franchise violations, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty, toxic torts, campaign finance violations, wrongful death, and condemnation. He also has particular experience in proceedings under the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction and in judgment collection. Chad joined Ellis, Li & McKinstry in 1998 and became a partner in 2005.
