Keith A. Kemper
Keith joined the firm in 1990 and is a partner in the litigation section. As a trial lawyer, he practices mostly civil litigation in both state and federal courts. His broad practice includes representing landowners involved in government takings (eminent domain), persons injured by the negligence of government or others, and those who have been deprived of religious liberties. He also represents individuals or businesses with insurance claims along with those involved in commercial or contractual disputes.
