Kyle D. Netterfield

Kyle is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on zealously defending the rights of businesses and individuals with disputes in many subject areas. He embraces the challenge of providing excellent representation in every available forum for conflict resolution, including state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation. Kyle also applies his advocacy skills to representing clients with their transactional needs related to construction and real estate.

Admissions

Kyle is admitted to practice in all state courts for Washington as well as the Federal courts for the Western District of Washington and the Northern District of Illinois.

Professional and Community Involvement

Kyle volunteers at the Union Gospel Mission Legal Services Clinic, serves on the board of Northshore Baptist Church, and coaches little league baseball.

He loves to spend time with his wife and their four sons skiing, camping and working outdoors.
