Andrew J. Toles

Andy joined the firm in 1994. Much of his practice involves estate planning, probate and related litigation. He also maintains a general business practice, representing businesses, nonprofit organizations and venture capital firms. In 2004, Andy was named a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics magazine.

Professional and Community Involvement

In 1999, Andy led the effort to start a legal aid clinic at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission. Since that time he has served on the board of trustees of the mission and is currently serving as its president.

Andy is also chairman of the board of Seattle Christian Foundation and a member of the board of directors of the Christian Legal Society and the Center for Law and Culture.

He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Seattle and the Real Property, Probate & Trust section of the Washington State Bar Association.

Once a finisher of Ironman Canada, more recently Andy set his sights on climbing Mt. Rainier. He also enjoys waterskiing, golf and a good biography.
