Thomas J. Rodda
Tom joined ELM in 2005. Most of his work involves estate and business planning matters. He also handles probates and trust administrations. On the estate planning side, Tom's work includes, wills, trusts, charitable gifts, and tax planning with respect to estate, gift and income taxes. Tom's business practice includes representing for profit and nonprofit businesses in formations, sales, securities transactions, and succession planning strategies. Tom was recently voted a "Rising Star" by the readers of Washington Law & Politics magazine.

Professional and Community Involvement
Tom is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Sections, and the Guardianship and Elder Law Sections, of both the Washington State, and King County Bar Associations. Tom grew up in the Northwest and is committed to developing a reputation of service and involvement in the community. Tom is the President of the local chapter of the Christian Legal Society and an Assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scout Troop at University Presbyterian Church, where he and his wife are members. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family in the Northwest outdoors.
