Nat serves as outside general counsel to a number of nonprofits and closely-held businesses. He has over twenty years’ of broad experience in high-stakes litigation and complex transactions, from representing clients in constitutional litigation, to day-to-day employment counseling, to helping small business owners in successful and highly profitable exits. He has particular expertise in the unique legal issues of religious entities, including churches, private schools, and para-church ministries. His broad experience helps him anticipate and avoid problems before they become expensive headaches for the client, but will also vigorously defend the interests of his clients in litigation.
