Kyle Netterfield is a dedicated trial lawyer, who also serves as ELM’s Managing Partner. Since beginning practice in 1997, Kyle has successfully litigated matters related to Employment discrimination, Trust and Estate Administration, Business breakups, Real Estate, and Construction. He has tried cases in Federal and State Courts along with countless private arbitrations. Kyle’s passion is to learn his clients’ story, meet them where they are, and partner with them to accomplish their objectives.

Kyle has been married to his dearest friend Sandy since 1992. Together they have four sons. They love to ski, ride motocross in the mountains, hike, dance, and build things together. Kyle enjoyed coaching Little League baseball and youth soccer. He hopes grandkids may someday give him the chance to coach again. In the meantime, he straps on a SCUBA tank every chance he gets and enjoys the ocean in cold or warm waters. He is honored to serve on the boards of Agros International and National Christian Foundation.
